The US Courts Soccer Federation is proud to present to you " El Profe" Luciano. He brings vast experience numerous awards of achievements, and excellence in his method of instructions. His benevolent qualities and vast experience has earned him the title of "Soccer Ambassador". As a pioneer, educator, former professional player, coach, manager and soccer director Luciano is our asset paramount director.
Luciano is also president of the Tampa Soccer Academy and The Tampa Soccer & Futsal Academy both non profit-organizations in which he is activity involved.
Since 1995, he has brought Brazilian experience to the USA players. Through camps, clinics and training programs abroad he offers young American players the opportunity to experience first hand the kind of soccer training that made the Brazilian player one of the best players in the world. "El Profe" is a mentor, teacher and a true friend. For the better part of his life, he has been active in Futsal or better known as Court soccer or indoor 5 x 5 in the USA. He coached the Paraguayan Regional All Stars for 12 years, leading his team to become Champion and Vice Champion in seven national tournaments. Luciano and his academies are members of the Asociación Mundial de Futsal.
In 1992, Luciano decided to bring his talent and experience into a new frontier, the USA. He choose Tampa Florida as his headquarters and soon gained fame and respect as coach, manager and trainer.
Since 1995, Tampa Soccer Academy has taken 15 teams to Brazil and participated in international tournaments in Spain, Canada, Ibiza, and Ecuador.
In 2002 his Tampa Soccer Academy (TSA) was appointed by the Asociación Mundial de Futsal (AMF) with their headquarters in Asuncion, Paraguay, as the official representative for the USA.
The TSA joined forces withSoccer Consultant-Management & Travel and formed the Tampa Soccer & Futsal Academy and are now the legal representatives of the Federation of Futsal USA, formerly US Court Soccer Federation representing the AMF in the USA.

Philip a native of the Dutch Island Curacao in the Caribbean is known for his constant dedication to as well youth as adult soccer in Tampa Bay. He carries the Dutch nationality, finished the Jesuit's Canisius College in Holland were he played as well outdoor soccer as court soccer. Philip dominates 6 languages and therefore worked as travel-coordinator and translator in tourism in Brussels for 5 years before returning to his native island Curacao.
Philip was employed as social-director and entertainer in tourist resorts and opened his own Travel and Tour Company. He organized during these years several international soccer tournaments on the island for resorts from the different islands in the Caribbean. In 1984, he moved to the USA to promote tourism to the Caribbean as representative of the United Independent Tour Operators of Curacao (UITO).
Philip dedicates his spare time and his knowledge of soccer to the youth as coach and trainer. In 1995, Philip volunteered to build up the soccer league of the city of Tampa. He also founded with two partners the Plantation Soccer League for Carrolwood Home Owners, a pure recreational soccer program. He is President of Soccer Consultant-Management & Travel and partner with the Tampa Soccer & Futsal Association and the Federation of Futsal USA, formerly known as the US Court Soccer Federation.
During the years of the Soccer team the Mutinies in Tampa, Philip organized the youth pre-games for competitive teams in the Raymond James stadium. Philip holds a United States Soccer Federation coaching license and is member of the USA Coaches and the Florida Youth Soccer Association, he followed coaching courses in Brazil and hold a KNVB Royal Dutch Voetbal Bond coaches certificate. He attended the Goalkeeping clinic given by the Goalkeeping Institute of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and the Clinic for Goalkeeper Conducted by FIFA instructor Professor Carlos Portela Valderi. In June 2003, he joined the Tampa Soccer Academy and traveled to Brazil with an all-select High school team to win the International tournament in Minas-Gerais. In July 2004, he took with partner Luciano Fernandez a U-12 team to Quito, Ecuador to participate in the First Futsal World Cup for teams in that age group.
Philip is in charge with the general coordination of all activities in the Federation of Futsal USA.
